Throughout our online catalog and review pages, you will see the BUY icon 
next to a book title. Clicking on this icon will bring you to the My Shopping Cart and automatically the system places place one copy of the selected book. At any time you can change the quantity, remove books from the list, or completely empty the Shopping Cart. Through the use of Cookies you can leave our pages and come back later, and your Shopping Cart will still have the same contents, unless you quit from your browser. All our products are originally price in Maltese Lira. If you place your mouse over the price you will have the opportunity to view the price in other currencies – GBP, EUR, USD, AUD.
At this point, nothing has been ordered. At this stage you have the option of either to Keep Shopping or if you are ready you can checkout by clicking on the Check Out button. Clicking on the Check Out button will bring you to the order form screen of the Shopping Cart.. Here you will fill out the delivery information, and let us know how you will pay for your order.
To actually order the books, fill out each page, insert the credit card details, and then finally press the Submit Payment button. Your order will normally be ready for shipping within the next 5 working days.
Note: Some books listed in our catalog may occasionally be temporarily out of stock, out of print or not yet available. If this occurs, we will notify you by e-mail and give you the option of cancelling that item, having us hold your order until it is complete, or sending your items in two shipments.
Payment
We currently accept for payment Visa, Master Card and Bank of Valletta Cashlink cards. Your credit card will not be charged until the order is ready for shipment.
How safe is my credit card order?
We use SSL or Secure Socket Layer for the entire purchase process, which is the same industry-standard level of protection used by all major online shopping sites. All of your personal information, including name, address and credit card number, are encrypted throughout the purchase process, so that it can not be read by any other computer while in transit to our server.

Shipping
We normally ship using the Maltapost Postal Service, which is the most economical way to send books and similar items. Shipping is currently FREE anywhere within Malta for any size order. Outside Malta we ship via Maltapost Postal Service Surface or Air Printed Matter and Parcel Post rates will appy. At shopping stage, and before you confirm your purchase with your credit card, you will be notified with the exact delivery charges. Our Shipping Policy can save you a lot of money, compared to paying per-item shipping charges on inexpensive children's books.

Our 30-day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. Please note that we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
Return Policy
We guarantee that items will arrive in good condition. If merchandise is lost or damaged, we will replace the item or refund it, as you prefer. Your full purchase price including shipping and return costs will be refunded if
• Items arrive damaged in shipping
• We ship to you the wrong item, or make other errors in shipping
• Delivery is after the date listed in the Special Instructions on the order page
